Ok, so Ryan turned NINE over a MONTH ago! I have been busy, and big plans for pictures for Ryan. . .but it hasn't happened, and well. . .let's just say you know how the road to heck is paved. . .
Ryan, Tig, Eyeore, Lion, Ry turned NINE on January 11th! His Grandma and Grandpa DeGraffenried were down to visit for a few days at the same time. . .so he got to enjoy them too! He had his day mapped out. Krispy Kreme doughnuts for breakfast, doughnuts to share with his class, mom to take him to lunch at Joe's BBQ, and out to Red Robin for dinner! Besides lot's of running for me, it was my kind of day! He did decide to not go to Red Robin for dinner and wanted me to BBQ, I informed him that 5:30 was not the time to change his mind with he Grandparents there :) -- but he had a good birthday that carried on for almost a week!
Nine things about Ryan that I love --
1. Ryan is his mama's boy. His two other brothers love me, but Ryan really loves me. He is almost always kind to me.
2. Ryan really wants to do what is right. He tries hard to do the things we have tried to teach him.
3. Ryan is a goal setter and tries to accomplish his goals, he is very much a self starter!
4. Ryan doesn't like to put himself out there, but will do the "hard things" without being forced.
5. Ryan is very kind to others, he is the peacemaker in our home, almost always letting the "other brother" get their way without a fight. . .ALMOST always!
6. Ryan is a hard worker. He just likes to work and will figure out work to do if we don't give him things to do!
7. Ryan will eat tomatoes and zuchini. . none of other boys like either of those. . .
8. Ryan is a dreamer and likes to plan things just like his mama!
9. Ryan is a good friend to everyone.
