General Conference Weekend

Over General Conference weekend, we were so fortunate to have Jake's sister Caroline and her family come and visit. We loved having them come and visit and I think they loved our swimmming pool and hot tub! They have four boys, and a girl and my boys and their boys got along famously!

Funny Things My Boys Say

Spencer had just eaten and was asked if he wanted any more potatoes. He replied "No, thanks I am fasting!"

April 2009

Spencer "Umm dad, you need to come into my room," "Why" Well, we could say prayers, or you could give someone a spanking!"

Spencer: "Umm, yesterday, Friday, when I got my haircut, she cut my hair so I went bald!" September 4, 2009

Spencer after being asked about our chickens "My dad said one was a rooster and had to get the ax!" August 09

Spencer announced that he was going to do "wintersaults" one night, "wintersaults?" we queried? "You know, it isn't summer, so I can't do somersaults, they are just called wintersaults." Ok then. Nov 09

Spencer had just written his name, and I saw that he was missing a "n", I told him he missed it, he smiled and said, "No, I didn't, it's just invisible!" February 2010
